Our Story

Born in the heart of Leeds, Brit Bites Streetfood re-imagines the comforting classics every Brit grew up with. Think Yorkshire pudding wraps with horseradish slaw, gourmet fish-finger tacos kissed with sea-herb salsa, and chips crowned with halloumi and fiery chimichurri. Every dish tips its hat to local farmers while borrowing flavours from the global pantry.

Since firing up our first grill in 2016 we’ve clocked more than 120,000 miles, kept energy high at 400+ festivals, and earned the trust of headline brands such as the BBC, Adidas, and Leeds United. Wherever our wheels stop, we serve ingenuity on a plate—fast.
